# Billing & Invoices

> How Veriox billing works and where to find your invoices.

## Payment method

Add or update your payment method in [portal.veriox.io](https://portal.veriox.io) under **Billing**. Veriox uses Stripe for payment processing — your card details are stored securely by Stripe and never by Veriox.

## Billing cycle

* Usage is measured on a calendar month basis
* Your bill is generated at the start of the following month
* Payment is charged automatically to your card on file
* Invoices are emailed to the account owner and available in the portal

## Pricing

Current pricing is shown in the portal during onboarding and on the **Billing** page. Pricing is based on the number of successful verifications per month.

## Failed payments

If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification. Veriox will retry the charge automatically. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, access to the platform may be suspended.

## Invoices

PDF invoices are available in **Billing** → **Invoices** in the portal. Invoices show:

* Billing period
* Verification count per worker
* Total charge
