The age threshold is the minimum age a visitor must prove to pass verification. Veriox enforces whatever threshold you set — it is your responsibility to ensure it meets your legal obligations. The threshold must be a whole number between 18 and 99.

Setting your threshold in the portal

Go to your worker in portal.veriox.io → Configuration → Age Threshold and enter the minimum age. Save and the change takes effect immediately for new verifications.
Visitors who already have a valid session cookie will not be re-verified until their session expires, even if you change the threshold.

For developers — Wrangler CLI

If you deployed via Wrangler, the threshold is set as an environment variable in wrangler.toml:

After changing this value, redeploy with wrangler deploy for it to take effect.
