The Export Audit page in the Veriox portal lets you export your verification records as a CSV file. It’s built for pulling records out in bulk — to browse individual verifications, open the relevant worker under Workers, where each verification is listed with its full detail.

Building an export

The page is an export builder. Choose what to include, and the summary panel shows an estimated record count before you download.
  • Date range — pick a quick preset (last 7 days, last 30 days, this month, last month, last 12 months) or set a custom from/to range. Exports are capped at 366 days; a wider range is trimmed to the most recent 366 days.
  • Workers — include all workers, or tick only the ones you need. Useful when you operate several sites and want records for just one.
  • Result — export all outcomes, or limit to passed only or failed only.
When the selection looks right, click Export CSV.

What’s in the file

Each row is one verification. The columns are:
ColumnDescription
Date/Time (UTC)When the verification was attempted
Worker ID / Worker NameWhich worker handled it
DomainThe site the verification ran on
Resultpassed or failed
Age ThresholdThe age that was checked (e.g. 18)
Request Anchor (CCDVRA)On-chain anchor of the verification request
Audit Anchor (CCDVAA)On-chain anchor of the audit record (passed verifications only)
The export contains no personal data — only on-chain anchors and verification metadata. It never includes the visitor’s identity, date of birth, or the contents of their proof. For what the on-chain anchors represent, see On-Chain Anchoring.

Data retention

Records are retained for 90 days and exports are capped at the last 366 days. For older records, contact support@veriox.io.
