Payment method

Add or update your payment method in portal.veriox.io under Billing. Veriox uses Stripe for payment processing — your card details are stored securely by Stripe and never by Veriox.

Billing cycle

  • Usage is measured on a calendar month basis
  • Your bill is generated at the start of the following month
  • Payment is charged automatically to your card on file
  • Invoices are emailed to the account owner and available in the portal

Pricing

Current pricing is shown in the portal during onboarding and on the Billing page. Pricing is based on the number of successful verifications per month.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification. Veriox will retry the charge automatically. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, access to the platform may be suspended.

Invoices

PDF invoices are available in BillingInvoices in the portal. Invoices show:
  • Billing period
  • Verification count per worker
  • Total charge
